Chukar’s water jet job shop facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that can handle almost any waterjet application. From small prototype runs to large part production runs, our water jet equipment can handle sheet stock up to 11’ x 25’ and three dimensional cutting, cleaning, and trimming work in approximately a 75 cubic foot volume.
All of our waterjet machines are equipped with multiple cutting heads and enough UHP waterjet pump power to enable us to cut multiple parts at once. This helps us reduce the manufacturing cost to you.
All of our waterjet cutting machines are equipped with advanced robotic / CNC equipment to enable us to easily adapt to new parts and shapes and reduce the setup time for any given job. This equipment allows us to easily import your CAD file. Our nesting software allows us to optimize use of raw material.
We can also offer statistical process control of your job by monitoring critical dimensions with our state of the art coordinate measuring machine (CMM) using the latest SPM software.
